About Me: So this is me... I suppose this would be a good time to tell you a little about myself. I'm a average guy from an average place. To hell with being humble, I'm a fantastic guy! My full time gig is the liquidation biz, but my passion is and has been for some time been cooking. Bet you thought I was going to say photography. Well I lied, it is photography, I cook out of a need to survive, and while I'm passionate about surviving I am not so about cooking.
